Michael Menard is Senior Advisor, Educational Design for Crisis Simulations International.

His projects include federal compliance training for AT&T Wireless, video-based OSHA training for Safety Training Systems used by more than 2000 companies and senior management team building and restructuring for Ness USA. He has also worked with Exxon, designing training programs in project management software and IS methodologies.

Michael holds an Ed.D in adult education for the University of Georgia, an MA in English Literature from Emory University, an MA in Philosophy from the University of Cincinnati and a BA in English Literature from Williams College. From 1986-1989, Michael was an Assistant Professor, Information Systems at Fordham University's Graduate Business School.
