We’re already doing crisis management training. How is this different?

Using the DXMA^TM simulator, CSI programs are designed to build leadership and decision-making skills that can be tracked, measured and analyzed. CSI programs are:

• Realistic, using customized video, audio, and other media
• Highly interactive and unpredictable
• Scalable to each client’’s focus, whether within one organization or incorporating worldwide locations and inter-agency co-operation
• Controllable, to either speed up or slow down the pace of events
• Customized for each client community or organization, including the public sector, private sector and infrastructure owners

Simulations can also be used as a decision-support tool to stress-test existing emergency preparedness and business continuity plans. All decisions are logged and can be reviewed and analyzed for unforeseen consequences after the simulation.
