Baker Jr. Professor of Public Management at the Kennedy School of Government, and Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Dr. McIntyre is a nationally recognized analyst, writer, and teacher, specializing in national and homeland security. A 30 army veteran and former Dean of Faculty at the National War College, he now teaches homeland security at Texas A&M and the University of Texas. Dr. Mitroff is a distinguished member of the faculty at USC's Marshall School of Business and Annenberg School for Communication. Salvetti Lloyd is a partner at Security Technologies International Partners. He was a member of the staff of the National Commission on Terrorism Attacks Upon the United States (9-11 Commission) and a consultant to the Senate Committee on Governmental Affairs. He retired from the Central Intelligence Agency in July 2002 as Director of a CIA think tank, the Center for the Study of Intelligence. Susan A.
